A category is valid if at least 5 participants have registered for that category.

Prizes
All Finishers in the Half Marathon 10Km Road Race and 5Km Road Race will receive a Finishers Medal.

All Finishers in the Half Marathon will receive a free Finisher's T-Shirt.

Finishers in 10Km and 5Km Road Race can receive a Finisher's T-Shirt if they purchased it at an additional cost of €12 during online registration.

The first three male and female overall finishers will receive a cup during the Prize Awarding Ceremony.

The first three male and female of each age group will receive a Medal during the Prize Awarding Ceremony.

FAQ

1When is the event taking place?
The Half Marathon, 10Km Road Race and 5Km Road Race will take place on Sunday 12th December 2021.
2How do I enter?

You can register online at: Online Registration until 9/12/2021 for the Half Marathon 10Km Road race, 5Km Road race.

Late registrations for the Half Marathon 10Km Road race and 5Km Road race on the 11th of December for a limited number of participants and at an extra cost of €5 at the Nissi Beach Hotel between 3 and 6pm. T-shirt availability for late registrations cannot be guaranteed.

3What is the entry fee?
The online entry fee is €28 for the Half Marathon, €17 for the 10Km and 5Km road race.
4Where do I get my race number?
Race Bag collection will take place at the race host hotel- Nissi Beach resort on Saturday 11th of December between 3 and 6pm.
5Can I transfer between events?
No, you cannot transfer between event.
6Can I transfer my registration to another person?
No, we cannot facilitate any changes of names on entries.
7Can I get a refund?
Refunds will not be issued for any reason.
8What does my entry fee to Ayia Napa marathon include?

The entry fee includes:

– Race entry

– Commemorative of Participation T-Shirt only for the Half Marathon and only for online registrations until 3/12/2021

– Electronic timing system

–Water stations, first aid stations and toilets.

– Refreshments and fruits at the finish line.

9Where is my Timing Chip?
Your Timing Chip is built into the back of your race number. Don’t tamper with the chip and wear your number on the front of your top where race officials can see it.

12Is the race being timed?
Yes, the Half Marathon, 10Km Road race and the 5Km Road race will be chip timed, from start line to finish line. The results will be available online as soon as possible after the event and top places will be announced on race day during the awards ceremony.
13Are there Water stations?

Yes, there will be Water stations as follows:

5K at 2.5Km

10K at 2.5Km and 7.5Km

Half Marathon at 5Km, 11Km, 16Km, 19Km

and the start/ finish line.

14What is the cut off time?
There is a cutoff time of 3 hours. Participants must then progress to the finish line using the pedestrian ways.
15Can I wear headphones?
It is allowed but we strongly recommend avoiding it because It is unsafe to wear headphones while running.
16Are baby joggers, strollers or pets allowed during the race?
Yes. Only in the Fun run/walk.
